Each poles comes with adjustable hooks that easily attach to the flags grommets.
Our 6.5ft flag pole is recommended for handheld use. Often a taller more durable pole is a better fit for a campsite.
Our handheld flag poles are made from telescoping aluminum with a foam handle and grip.
Yes! Our flags come with four metal eyelets, one in each corner of the flag for easy hanging.
Single sided flags: These flags are about 90% see through from the backside. Just remember, your words and images will be mirrored on the back side.
Double sided flags: These flags are a bit thicker and heavier than our single sided flags. For custom double sided flags, we allow you to design both the front and back of the flag. We use a premium block out fabric in between the front and back in order to prevent seeing through to the other side.
All of our flags are machine washable! Please make sure to wash on cold and to not use harmful detergents.

Since all of our products are custom made, it is hard to guarantee delivery by an exact date. Our average turnaround time is about 14 business days. Please note that this is just an estimate and orders can either arrive sooner or a bit later. Thanks so much for your patience!
Our primary shipping courier is USPS. Depending on order size and shipping needs we will utilize either USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping. Both options take around 2-3 days to ship anywhere in the United States.
Tracking links will be sent via email once your order has shipped. The link is typically sent after a ten-day time frame. Our team will try and provide tracking as soon as possible. If you can not locate your tracking number, please log in to your account –> orders –> view order.
